Workshops
Barbican Therapies offers a wide range of workshops including: Indian Head Massage, An Introduction to Reiki, Holistic Health and Well being, Organic Facials, Reflexology, Aromatherapy and Massage for couples. Workshops can be tailor made to group requirements.
Allison prefers to facilitate workshops for small groups, usually six to ten participants maximum.

About Allison
Allison’s training and studies include I.T.E.C diplomas in: Anatomy and Physiology, Aromatherapy, Nutrition, Sports Injuries and a Holistic Clinical Honours Diploma.
Allison also studied professional courses in: Constitutional and Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture(CIBTAC), Reflexology, Geo Thermal Therapy (hot and cold stone massage), Indian Head Massage and is a Reiki Master. She is a qualified adult Educator and has over twenty years experience.
Allison's teachers are: Stewart Mitchell, a UK registered Naturopath and Medical Educator, Narendra Mehta, the founder of Indian Head Massage in the UK, Veronica Friend a Reiki Master and Health Educator and John Tindall from the Yuan Clinic of Traditional Medicine College. She also undertook a research module at Exeter University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education at Plymouth University.
In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and being in nature, walking on the coast and countryside with her two active dogs, swimming, yoga and cycling.
